Having years of experience being an Art Juror, Curator, a Moderator, Gallerist, and a Member of the International Selection Committee for Florence Biennale as well an Advisor, MYG has gained extensive experience to selects rich verity of artwork created by all kind of Artists to represents them in professional international Art exhibitions and Art fairs. The XIVth Florence Biennale 2023 is over and proud to say that three selected Artists by of Mona Youssef have received Awards. The next biennale will take place at the Fortezza da Basso, in October 2025.
Representing Artists in well-known International Exhibitions and Art Fairs requires more than simply renting a space.
Why participate? Artists receive the full benefits of the exhibitions even if there was no sale. Some of these benefits are having exhibition space in a good location, professional presentation, active exposure on social media, professional promotion, expanding network connections and making new clients. In points form MYG does the following:
1. Screening exhibitions and making all the communications with organizers. Then payment is made far in advance to reserve a booth in a good location.
2. Spending significant number of hours on selecting artwork and answering Artists personal questions.
3. Providing free consultation to each artist according to his/her needs.
4. Preparing folder for each Artist with his/her photos and information and editing their biographies at times.
5. Collecting all images of artwork and personal portraits and enhance them in Photoshop for different tasks (Catalogue, video, brochure, and website).
6. Adding Artists on this link: Artists represented by Mona Youssef Gallery for one year to have additional visibility.
7. Producing a promotion video and posting it on this website and on all social media including YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/1monayoussef to provide Artists international visibility.
8. Designing personalized tag/label for each artwork and pamphlets/leaflets to present Artists during the exhibitions.
9. Print and ship the Leaflets and Tags to the exhibition’s destination.
10. Paying postage to mail out invitations and pay the cost for overweight when traveling with them.
11. Sending electronic invitations to personal contacts and on social media.
12. Providing Artists with the necessary details of the exhibitions to feel home when they travel abroad.
13. Preparing Contracts/Agreements for each Artist with detailed information.
14. Searching for best Hotels/Accommodations and provide a list to Artists upon request.
15. Designing layout for the booth and calculating all measurements of artwork to have a professional display on the walls.
16. Promoting Artists on social media, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram as well as YouTube.
17. Preparing Artists’ photos and information to promote them in art magazine or catalogue.
18. Posting images of artwork with artists’ names for additional visibility on social media.
19. After all, Artists collect full sale price and of course there is a required fee for the above professional services and time.
